We're just getting started ...

We’ve just acquired a parcel.  We have a plan for land use and understand the site logistics, but we would like to create a unique development that stands out among the competition by CRAFTING A STORY that drives the planning and design.  Our vision would be to see that story integrated throughout the development.  

We have some ideas but …

…. we need to make sense of them as they relate to our development program and weave them into a cohesive narrative.  We need a tangible document, a CREATIVE ROAD MAP of sorts, that communicates our refined creative intent so that we can share it with our current project partners as we get started and our future partners as the project evolves.

We’re working with a brand partner …

…. and need some guidance on navigating the INTEGRATION OF THEIR BRAND with our development vision and goals.  They are important partners who are integral to our success, so we want to establish a dialogue and build a solid relationship that allows our shared design vision to manifest.

We’re looking for someone who can …

… act on our behalf as a design representative to guide and COMMUNICATE OUR VISION and design intent to outside partners including architects, designers, engineers and other key members of the project team.  This person would help us to make sure that the team doesn’t lose sight of the original design intent.

We’ve encountered some challenges …

… that are impacting our original vision and design intent.  We need to assess our situation and RE-ALIGN OUR DESIGN APPROACH so that we can move forward.  We’d also like to make sure that we’re not missing any ‘blind spots’ in our updated design approach.
